First Friday Peterborough is a downtown monthly art crawl that allows you to experience the city’s art, music, and food scene, while supporting local artists, people watching, and taking in some city sights all at once. FFPTBO is dedicated to showcasing the immense artistic and musical talent in the Peterborough community. The art crawl is a self-guided tour of downtown galleries, studios, shops, and cafés that takes place on the first Friday of every month (with the exception of January), between the hours of 6pm-11pm*
The First Friday Art crawl provides a welcoming energy and encourages everyone to come and enjoy the multifaceted creative culture of downtown. Each of the gallery, studio, and shop owners go out of their way to ensure the vibe is light, friendly, and completely unpretentious.
The best way to experience Art Crawl is to set out on foot and explore. Each month is different – you never know what you will stumble across. Check out the map and monthly listings for participating locations.
The event is family friendly + inclusive.
*Note: some venues may have varied hours. Please check monthly listing.
